Shipping Policies
Faster Motors has two great shipping companies you can choose from, UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service)
USPS has some very attractive rates for small packages, but delivery can occasionally take somewhat longer. With the observance of holidays, they can be closed 14 days of the year.
The extreme heavy burden USPS has during the Christmas seasons historically has been problematic.
Additionally, we are not notified if the normal "mailman" takes vacation days, and the replacement "mailman" doesn't know that he often needs to pick up packages at the shop.
UPS is typically closed for 5 business days. You can go to their individual websites to see what days each company is closed.
UPS picks up at Faster Motors (the shop) Monday - Friday at 2:30 PM. USPS pickup times can vary from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Saturday. If your order is received after the pick-up time for either company it will be sent the following day.
The time of day that the order is received will have an effect on when your order is shipped. Every attempt will be made to ship your order the same day or the next day.
Faster Motors is not responsible for issues that might arise after your package leaves the premises.
For overnight or second day shipping its recommended you call 920-207-9180 to confirm availability before placing the order.
If there is a question or problem with your order Faster Motors will email, text or call you to make sure we get it right.
Faster Motors is not responsible for lost packages.
Faster Motors is not responsible for delayed shipments because of but not limited to holidays, inclement weather, late pick up, emergencies or possibly fraudulent orders or incorrect shipping address.
Faster Motors is not responsible if your package is left at your residence or business and it is stolen or damaged by inclement weather, etc. If you make a mistake filling out your address, it's not Faster Motors fault.
To avoid having your order flagged as POSSIBLY FRAUDULENT the address registered to your credit card must match the shipping address you entered when placing your order. If an order is marked as possibly FRAUDULENT Faster Motors will attempt to contact you to help you correct the issue. If the issue can't be corrected a refund will be issued less a 4% for the processing fee that is charged to Faster Motors by Shopify. Faster Motors will not pay for your mistake!!!
Orders ultimately identified as possibly FRADULENT will not be sent.
